Choose a property

Find the property you like. If you have any questions, our property buyer Luke can tell you everything you need to know about the property.

Search properties for sale


Register a company

If you don't have one already, register a Limited Liability Company (LLC) with a Tax Identification Number (TIN). This will be the ownership vehicle for your property.


Transfer funds and title

Our lawyer will oversee the transfer of your funds to purchase the property, then transfer the property title to your Company.


Connect with a manager

We will connect you with a local property manager to collect rent and look after your property.


Manage tax

We can connect you with a local accountant to manage any tax obligations, unless if you prefer to use your existing accountant.

Why buy property with us?

Our properties are typically returning 15%. At 15% rental yield our properties are cashflow positive so your property will provide you with surplus cash. Investing this back into your investment mortgage will typically see your property freehold in under 10 years!

What are the risks of Property Investment?

The risks are the same as with any property investment. Some people like to physically see their investment property but with great info on our website clients will be well informed of what they are purchasing.

How can you help me buy Property?

How do I go about lending from my bank?

You may be able to lend against the equity you have in your home. With interest rates at record lows, why not put your equity to good use?

What are the tax requirements?

If you have an existing accountant they should be able to help you with tax obligations, otherwise can assist you to fulfil all tax obligations. You will need to file a tax return and pay tax on any rental profits.

How does Wolfsbauer Investments make money?

We make a margin on the sale of the property plus we charge an initial fee to assist with the process of buying a property in the US.
